GETTING STARTED
Reaching out does not need to feel overwhelming. It can start with one simple message.
You do not need to explain everything straight away. A short message is enough to begin the conversation.
Ask a question, request a free meet and greet, or briefly share what has been happening.
I will reply directly so we can look at availability and what support may suit.
A relaxed 15-minute conversation to ask questions and see if it feels like the right fit.
If counselling feels right, sessions can be arranged in person in Cairns or online.
You can also read more about individual counselling, NDIS counselling, anxiety counselling, or grief counselling.
