How does the monthly membership work?
You can send me messages through the secure Halaxy patient portal when it suits you.
I read what you have sent and provide a personal counselling response on business days, usually within one business day.
This can suit people who find writing easier than talking, need more time to think about what they want to say, or prefer counselling that fits around everyday life.
Using NDIS funding for counselling
Can I use my NDIS funding?
Depending on your NDIS plan, your goals and how your funding is managed, you may be able to use NDIS funding for individual counselling.
If you are unsure, contact me before booking and I can explain the counselling service and what information you may need to check against your plan.
The $295 monthly online chat counselling membership is currently offered as a private-pay service rather than an NDIS monthly subscription.
Ask About NDIS CounsellingYou do not need to be an NDIS participant
Private clients can book directly. You do not need a GP referral or Mental Health Treatment Plan to make an appointment.
