Personalised NDIS Support Coordination Cairns
Support That Actually Supports You
At Strong Foundation Support, I don’t just explain the NDIS I help you actually use it. Whether you’ve just received your first plan or feel like you’ve been left behind, I work alongside you to get things moving.
If you’re looking for support coordination Cairns, I offer a personal, practical approach that helps you understand your plan, make confident decisions, and get the most out of your funding. My support is participant-focused, down-to-earth, and built from real lived experience not just ticking boxes.
Level 1: Support Connection
This is for people who don’t need a lot of hand-holding but still want a bit of guidance.
I help you:
Understand your funding
Connect with the right providers
Learn how to manage things on your own over time
This is great if:
You’re new to the NDIS
You already have some informal supports
You’re fairly independent but want to get things set up properly
Level 2: Coordination of Supports
I can help you really understand your NDIS plan so you feel clear and confident about what’s possible. I’ll work with you to connect with the right supports and services, and together we can design approaches that suit your life and goals.
I’ll help you set up and establish those supports properly, and then continue to coach you, refine things as needed, and reflect on what’s working.
If your situation is more complex, I also offer targeted support coordination to help navigate trickier challenges. I’m here to assist with crisis planning, prevention, mitigation, and taking action when unexpected things come up.
Along the way, we’ll focus on building your capacity and resilience so you feel more independent and in control. I’ll also prepare and submit any required reports to the NDIA, so you’re always covered.
Psychosocial Recovery Coaching
Psychosocial Recovery Coaching is a type of support funded through the NDIS. It’s designed to help people with psychosocial disability live more independently, feel more connected, and move toward goals that actually matter to them.
I don’t just hand you a list of services. I walk alongside you and help you make sense of your plan, your options, and your recovery journey.
What I Do as Your Recovery Coach
I help you:
Understand your NDIS plan and use it in ways that suit your life
