1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website, booking a session, or submitting any form or document through Strong Foundation Support, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use this website or our services.

Use of any digital form — including referral forms, service agreements, and intake forms constitutes legal acceptance under the Electronic Transactions Act 1999 (Cth).

2. Nature of Services

Strong Foundation Support provides NDIS coaching and mentoring services designed to increase participant knowledge and confidence in navigating their NDIS plan. These services are:

  • Educational and non-clinical

  • Participant-led and goal-oriented

  • Focused on developing decision-making skills and service understanding

We do not provide:

  • Therapy or psychological support

  • Support Coordination

  • Plan Management

  • Legal, financial, or medical advice

We are not a registered NDIS provider and do not act on behalf of the NDIA.

3. Who We Support

Our services are available to:

  • Self-managed or plan-managed NDIS participants

  • Participants aged 16 and over

  • Authorised representatives acting with legal authority on a participant’s behalf

4. Service Bookings and Delivery

All services are delivered by appointment only. We do not offer drop-in or on-demand services without prior booking.

Sessions are booked and confirmed via:

  • Calendly

  • Email or SMS

  • Google Calendar or written communication

  • Completion of a referral form or service agreement

Sessions are flexible in timing and frequency, based on mutual availability. There is no fixed weekly schedule unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We use:

  • Calendly.com for booking appointments

  • Jotform.com for referral forms, service agreements, and document uploads

5. Payment and Invoicing

Charges are based on current NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits, or as agreed in writing.

  • Services are charged only when delivered, unless a cancellation fee applies

  • Minimum billing time is 15 minutes, rounded to the nearest 15-minute increment

  • All prices are GST-inclusive

  • Reasonable travel time may be charged if agreed and claimable under NDIS rules

Payment terms:

  • Self-managed: Payment is due within 7 days of invoice

  • Plan-managed: Invoices are submitted to your Plan Manager

  • We do not accept NDIA-managed participants

6. Cancellation Policy

Sessions may be cancelled without charge by providing at least 24 hours’ notice.

If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or fail to attend a booked session, the full session fee may be charged, in line with NDIS policy.

Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in service suspension.

7. Digital Consent and Agreements

By submitting any online form through Jotform, you:

  • Confirm you are authorised to act for the participant (if applicable)

  • Consent to Strong Foundation Support collecting and using your information

  • Accept these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy

  • Understand digital submissions and e-signatures are legally binding under Australian law

8. Privacy and Data Storage

We comply with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

Information you provide is stored securely and used only to deliver services. We use third-party platforms (e.g. Jotform, Google Workspace) which may store data outside Australia.

We will not disclose your information without consent unless legally required.

9. Client Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide complete and truthful information

  • Attend scheduled sessions on time

  • Communicate respectfully

  • Use our guidance responsibly; we are not a substitute for therapy, legal, or financial advice

You are responsible for applying any information or recommendations shared during sessions.

10. Service Limitations and Liability

We do not guarantee outcomes or results. Our coaching is educational in nature and relies on participant effort and engagement.

We are not liable for:

  • Misuse or misinterpretation of information

  • Delays due to illness, technical failure, or unforeseen circumstances

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses

We do not provide emergency or crisis support. If urgent help is required, please contact 000 or a crisis service such as Lifeline (13 11 14).

11. Suspension or Termination of Services

We may pause or terminate services if:

  • You breach these Terms

  • Invoices are unpaid

  • Behaviour is abusive, threatening, or unsafe

Any termination will be provided in writing. All outstanding fees remain payable.

12. Dispute Resolution

We aim to resolve issues promptly and respectfully. If a dispute arises, we encourage informal resolution first.

If unresolved, you may escalate to:

  • NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission

  • Commonwealth Ombudsman

  • Your local consumer protection agency

13. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including resources, videos, downloads, and branding, is the property of Strong Foundation Support.

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, or share materials without permission

  • Use our content commercially

  • Pass off our materials as your own

14. Website Use

You must not:

  • Attempt to damage, interfere with, or misuse this website

  • Use this site to spread harmful or unlawful content

We may modify or remove website content at any time.

15. External Links

Our website may contain links to third-party platforms such as Calendly or Jotform. We are not responsible for their content, functionality, or privacy policies. Use at your own discretion.

16. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or service interruptions due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, illness, system outages, or failure of third-party platforms.

17. Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any legal action will be handled in the appropriate courts or tribunals in that jurisdiction.

19. Plan-Managed Funding Release and Payment Responsibility

Under recent changes to the NDIS Act, plan-managed funds may be released in segments (e.g. monthly or quarterly) instead of the full budget being made available upfront.

Strong Foundation Support will make reasonable efforts to confirm funding availability before delivering services. However:

  • If a claim is rejected due to unavailable funding in the current period, the participant (or their nominee) is responsible for payment

  • Services may be paused until funding becomes accessible or an alternative arrangement is made

Participants are encouraged to:

  • Track available funding for the current release period

  • Notify us if issues arise with plan-managed payments
